(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, March 29, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment held a conference to collect opinions on the draft Land Law (amended). Attending were leaders of provincial departments and branches, Hung Nguyen and Nghi Loc districts, Vinh city and Cua Lo town.

LawThis revised land has14 chapters and 206 articles, focusing on a lot of new content aboutrights and obligations of the person assigned land use rights.With spirit and responsibility, from practical work, delegates attending the conference contributed many opinions on the basic contents of the draft Land Law (amended)., especially unreasonable issues such asland price frame, the installation processp certificate of right to use,land allocation, land lease, land use purpose change; land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement…

Besides,Some other opinions say thatIn granting land use right certificates, there must be a location so that when there is a dispute, it is easy to resolve it; in the land law, it is necessary to clearly stipulate the combination of planning types for synchronous implementation; regulations in land lease need to be closer to reality; the collection of land use rights also needs to be specifically regulated in the law.….

The above opinions, after review, will be collected and sent to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, before being submitted to the upcoming National Assembly session.
