Since its inception, in the context of the province's IT - communication infrastructure still facing many difficulties, the collective of officials and employees of the Department of Information and Communications has united, overcome difficulties and challenges to constantly grow and develop. In recent years, the sector has actively and proactively advised the Party Committee and the Government in state management of IT & Communication, promptly directed the development of IT infrastructure systems in a modern direction, gradually synchronizing in the province, including remote, isolated and disadvantaged areas. Deploying and effectively putting into use electronic information systems; being one of the first 4 provinces to implement the Government's Project 43 on building e-Government. Press and publishing activities ensure the right purpose, develop in a oriented manner, and contribute positively to the socio-economic development of the province. Regularly perform well the task of ensuring network safety and information security to serve political, economic and social activities, and serve the information needs of the people of the province.
