Nghe An Department of Justice: Legal aid for Thanh Son commune

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the 2014 Plan to mobilize and help the poor and poor communes of the Nghe An Department of Justice, on June 6, 2014, the Department's Youth Union in coordination with the Department of Dissemination and Legal Education, the Provincial State Legal Aid Center organized a voluntary training session on legal documents and legal aid for the government and people of Thanh Son commune (Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province).
This volunteer trip of the Department of Justice's youth union members focused on disseminating the 2013 Constitution and documents implementing the Constitution; Law on Residence, Law on Marriage and Family; Law on Drug Prevention for government officials and more than 250 trainees who are local people. Organizing reviews and providing professional guidance in civil status work, grassroots mediation and activities of drafting legal documents; supporting policy beneficiaries to access free legal aid services for the poor, creating conditions for people to proactively access the State's support policies, thereby rising out of poverty.

This is a practical work demonstrating the vanguard and voluntary spirit of the youth union members, contributing to raising awareness and legal consciousness for officials and people of the commune in complying with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; preventing violations of the law; supporting the commune government in building and perfecting the system of regulations and legal documents to effectively perform the functions and tasks of state management and promote socio-economic development in the area.
Despite the hot weather and limited living conditions, the volunteer campaign was recognized by the district and commune leaders and highly supported by all local people, contributing to creating a strong change in the plan to mobilize support for the poor and poor communes of the Department of Justice in particular and in the whole province in general.
