Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism: Thoroughly implement Central Resolution 9

After 15 years of implementing the Resolution of the 8th Central Committee, the cause of building and developing Vietnamese culture and people has had positive changes and achieved important results. Theoretical thinking about culture has developed, cultural awareness of all levels, sectors and the whole population has been raised. The cultural life of the people is increasingly rich, many traditional cultural values ​​of the nation have been promoted. Many new cultural and ethical standards have been formed.

Researching, studying, thoroughly understanding and implementing the Resolution and key contents of the 9th Conference of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) are both strategic and long-term tasks and urgent and immediate issues. Therefore, after being thoroughly understood, each cadre and party member must have a summary and make proposals and recommendations, contributing to building the Nghe An Culture, Sports and Tourism sector to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
