During Workers' Month 2022, all levels of the provincial Trade Union will visit, give gifts, and hand over "Union Shelter" houses to union members and workers in especially difficult circumstances, those who have had work-related accidents, and those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Implement activities to connect, introduce, create job opportunities, vocational training, and ensure sustainable employment and income for union members and workers.

In addition, trade unions at all levels need to focus on promoting emulation movements, coordinating the organization of competitions for skilled workers, skilled workers, competitions for proposing initiatives, technical improvements, etc. for union members and workers. During Workers' Month 2022, the Provincial Federation of Labor organized an online photo contest "Beauty of Workers in Production Labor". Through the contest, it contributes to introducing beautiful images and moments of workers and laborers in production labor; creating a useful playground after working hours, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, ensuring practicality, efficiency, and savings, attracting the active participation of a large number of workers in the whole province.

In order to share the difficulties in the lives of workers, Nghe An Trade Union has implemented the program "Going to workers' boarding houses". Directing trade unions at all levels to organize surveys, grasp the quantity, reality of living conditions, activities, thoughts, difficulties, problems, recommendations, and proposals of workers who are renting at boarding houses, dormitories, and official houses. Organizing working groups to visit boarding houses to exchange, propagate, visit, give gifts, and encourage workers who are staying at boarding houses. Propagating and mobilizing boarding house owners to exempt or reduce boarding house rent for workers in difficult circumstances, on the occasion of "Workers' Month" in 2022; negotiating for business owners to support boarding house rent for workers.

The organization of many practical activities, towards workers by trade unions at all levels has helped "Workers' Month" become a traditional activity, spreading and known by many people. Every year, “Workers’ Month” is always accompanied by trade unions, employers, and authorities at all levels. Because in reality, the lives of workers are still facing many difficulties, requiring the cooperation and sharing of the community. However, that sharing must be substantial and practical through specific actions to help workers.
