Exciting activities of Lotus Village Festival 2012
(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, May 17, activities within the framework of the 2012 Lotus Village Festival began.
In the morning, the Organizing Committee opened the Volleyball Tournament in Kim Lien commune with the participation of 16 teams from districts, cities and towns in the province; opened the Youth Camp and the Photo Exhibition on the Party and Uncle Ho at Lang Sen Stadium.

At Kim Lien Relic Site, preparations for the Festival are also being rushed to completion. On this occasion, celebrating the 122nd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, many compatriots in the country and international friends visited Hoang Tru, Lang Sen to offer incense in memory of him.

Tonight, the Organizing Committee will offer flowers and incense to pay tribute to Uncle Ho at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House at Kim Lien Relic Site; carry Uncle Ho's portraits through the ages from the memorial house to Lang Sen Stadium. And here at 8:00 p.m., the Lang Sen Festival will officially open. The Festival's activities will take place consecutively for 3 days from May 17-19 in localities in the province.
