This is the third year he has started production on the 4th day of Tet at the factory. Although the time off is not much (the 29th and 30th of Tet are the only days off), according to the requirements of the job, we all happily started working. This year, the company's staff and workers received a 3-month salary bonus. Working outside of the holidays is entitled to overtime pay according to the law, so even though it is a bit tiring, in return, we have more income and improve our lives. The first production batch of the year is also a wish to receive blessings with the hope of a prosperous year. In general, the spirit of the workers on the first day of the new year is very excited.

Workers at the can factory (Sabeco - Song Lam Packaging Joint Stock Company) started production at the beginning of the year, striving to reach 656 million cans this year.

It is known that despite the difficult economic situation, with its brand reputation, in 2011, the Company achieved a revenue of 1,156 billion VND, with an output of 602 million cans and 23 million carton products, contributing 135 billion VND to the state budget. The average salary of employees is 4.5 million VND/person/month. Mr. Ngo Xuan Hoa - Deputy Director of Sabeco - Song Lam Packaging Joint Stock Company said: in 2012, the enterprise strives to achieve a revenue of 1,347 billion VND, with 656 million cans and 25 million carton products. Although the entire factory officially started operating on the 8th (lunar calendar), to meet the needs of customers, on the 4th day of Tet, workers on the can production line had to start their shift to deliver goods to serve the factories' production at the beginning of the year as signed.

At Nghi Phu Industrial Park (Vinh City), last year, although Hung Phat Production & Trading Company Limited was greatly affected by the economic downturn, public investment cuts, many projects stopped construction, and fierce competition in the market, especially in the plastic door sector, but with efforts to develop door solutions, the company overcame difficulties and achieved revenue of 53 billion VND in 2011.

Head of the Administration and Human Resources Department Nguyen Trung Son said: In order to promptly supply and install products for 2 orders, the Nghe An Customs headquarters, worth 2.3 billion VND, and the Vung Ang Port Operator (Ha Tinh) worth 1.7 billion VND, the workers went to work earlier, right from the 4th day of Tet. In order to complete the revenue target of 8 billion VND, the Company's leaders encouraged officers and employees to work actively, promote initiatives, and strive to complete the goals and plans of the year.

At the automatic cleaning line, Ms. Ho Thi Dung (from Yen Thanh) said: after the Tet holidays in her hometown, she quickly arranged to return to Vinh and get back to work.
