The police made a record of the scene and temporarily detained the car; the representative of Vinh City Green Park Joint Stock Company made a record of property damage and forced the driver to pay 13 million VND in compensation.

As for Vinh Urban Infrastructure Management and Development Joint Stock Company, because the sign was only collapsed and warped in some places and could be fixed, the company did not force the driver to reimburse the costs of restoring the sign.
