Attending the event were: Senior Lieutenant General Pham Xuan Hung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Lieutenant General Khuat Duy Tien - former Commander of Division 320, former Director of the Military Department of the General Staff; Lieutenant General Doan Sinh Huong - former Commander of Division 320, former Commander of Military Region 4; Major General Dang Trong Quan - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 4, Delegates representing the Liaison Committee of Division 320 in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Thanh Hoa and Ha Tinh.

The Delta Division was established on January 16, 1951. After two sacred resistance wars of the nation, the Division in general and Division 320 in particular have achieved many feats of arms, contributing significantly to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. During the resistance war against the American imperialists, Division 320 was dubbed the "Iron Fist" that made the enemy terrified. Typical feats include: Dai Do - Dinh To - Bac Cua Viet (Quang Tri); destroying the 3rd Airborne Brigade of the Saigon puppets in the Route 9 - Southern Laos campaign; Especially in the spring of 1975 on the Central Highlands battlefield, the Division achieved resounding success, defeating the enemy's reinforcements to the Buon Ma Thuot battlefield, contributing to creating strategic breakthroughs, creating momentum for the Ho Chi Minh Campaign to completely liberate the South and unify the country. Immediately after the Central Highlands Campaign, the 320th Division joined the rapid-fire troops participating in the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign advancing to Saigon, liberating the South.

This is considered a warm home, a place for those who once "crossed Truong Son to save the country" to unite, share joys and sorrows, and participate in social activities for the development of the homeland.
