Division 324: Saved more than 99 tons of rice from the "rice saving jar"

(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the campaign to continue promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example" in recent years, Division 324 (Military Region 4) has implemented the work of preventing waste and practicing thrift, which has entered the lives of officers and soldiers.

Many units have had many good models and creative activities that contribute to improving the lives of soldiers such as: "Save money for tomorrow's career", "Contribute allowances to buy gifts for family"... The "Rice Saving Jar" movement of the entire Division from 2010 - 2015 collected 99.1 tons of rice worth 1,083,942,000 VND. Every day, each officer and soldier eating at the kitchen takes 10 grams of rice/person/day.

Thanks to this amount of rice, over the years, agencies and units have supported hundreds of military families facing difficulties to overcome difficulties in life, creating trust from the family rear for the unit. Up to now, the awareness of saving of officers and soldiers has been raised, spreading widely in agencies and units.
