Division 324 organizes a competition to innovate and improve training models.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 10, Division 324 held the opening ceremony of the 2016 Competition for Innovation and Improvement of Teaching Aids and Training Equipment.

Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Quoc Bao, assistant staff of Battalion 18, explained the political education initiative at the unit.

The competition has 10 teams of infantry regiments and affiliated battalions with 200 initiatives and 52 technical improvements of 4 categories: Training in infantry combat techniques, combined arms tactics; training in techniques and tactics of branches; training in rescue, disaster relief, regulations, physical fitness and sports activities; training in political education, logistics, techniques...

The competition aims to evaluate the results of preparation, research, innovation, and creation of teaching aids and models that units have researched and produced on-site to serve training purposes. This is also an opportunity for agencies and units to exchange experiences, apply innovations, and improve teaching aid models effectively in training and teaching at the unit.
