Using the first steel truss parking garage in Hanoi
The first steel multi-storey car park in Hanoi has been completed and put into use, meeting the demand for static traffic that is in great shortage in the center of the capital.
Hanoi Transport Corporation said that the first steel multi-storey car park at 32 Nguyen Cong Tru Street, Hanoi, was completed and put into use in early July, meeting the demand for static traffic that is in great shortage in the central districts of the capital.
Steel parking rack can be raised and lowered in 2 directions, convenient for taking cars from all directions and in the shortest moving distance.
This parking rack is automatically assembled using Korean technology, can be connected, disassembled and moved flexibly (can be installed on a small, narrow area of at least 30m2/block) and depending on the space allowed, the block can be extended and conveniently raised in height, suitable for urban areas in Vietnam.
The operating principle of this device is quite simple: the motor transmits motion through a chain system and flywheel, causing the entire pallet to rotate 360 degrees around a fixed axis system and can go up and down in 2 directions, convenient for taking the vehicle in all directions and within the shortest moving distance.
It takes about 2-3 minutes to get a car. Electricity consumption is 3-4 million VND/month.
The parking fee collection will be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the People's Committee, specifically, parking fee is 30,000 VND/vehicle/120 minutes; parking fee for day and night is from 2-2.5 million VND/vehicle/month.
The project has a total investment of over 13 billion VND, is implemented within an area of 126m2, 5 floors high (10.5m), has a capacity of 30 cars, including 3 4-seat parking blocks, 1 7-seat parking block. It is estimated that with the current fee, this parking lot will take about 47 years to recover the capital.
Hanoi People's Committee has agreed in principle to the proposal of Hoang Minh Limited Liability Company on the construction of a static parking lot along the west side of the road.
According to the proposal, the total land area for the project is 6,138m2; of which the area of traffic roads is 2,346m2, the parking area is 4,318m2, including an above-ground parking lot and 3 underground parking floors. The company proposes to build both underground and above-ground parking lots to increase capacity and land use efficiency.
The company also requested the City to assign the People's Committee of Hai Ba Trung District and related units to organize support for site clearance, support resettlement housing for households and hand over clean land to the Company to implement the project.
