Milk for children under 6 years old does not need to register price
The Ministry of Finance said that after November 30, 2014, all organizations and individuals producing and trading milk for children under 6 years old will not have to register prices and will switch to declaring prices of milk for children under 6 years old.

In addition, declare wholesale and retail prices according to regulations but not higher than the maximum price registered at the Department of Finance and the District Finance Office in the locality. At the same time, request companies to reduce expenses (advertising, marketing) to reduce selling prices and promptly adjust selling prices when expenses in the price structure such as raw materials and import costs decrease.
The Ministry also requested to continue organizing inspection teams to check the implementation of retail prices, price registration, price declaration, and price posting of organizations and individuals trading in milk products for children under 6 years old in the area. Strictly handle violations according to current regulations on administrative sanctions in the field of prices and publicly announce them on mass media.
To continue implementing price stabilization work and have a basis to report to the Prime Minister on the implementation of measures to stabilize milk prices for children under 6 years old after 6 months of implementation, the Ministry of Finance requests the Department of Finance to summarize and evaluate the implementation of price stabilization work for children under 6 years old in the area from June 1, 2014 to the end of price registration (November 30, 2014), clearly stating the implementation results, difficulties and problems (if any), implementation orientation in the coming time and report to the Ministry of Finance (Price Management Department) before November 20, 2014.
