Warming winter in the border area
(Baonghean.vn) - From December 7 to 9, the kind hearts of the sunny and windy Southern land coordinated with officers and soldiers of Nghe An Border Guard, My Ly Border Post and some volunteers to bring "warmth" to "warm up" the cold winter days to students and teachers in the border areas of Bac Ly and My Ly communes, Ky Son district.
The two border communes of Bac Ly and My Ly have a 46km border with Laos, with 25 villages with a total of 1930 households/9688 people of 3 ethnic groups (Thai, Mong, Kho Mu). These are 2 particularly difficult communes in remote areas of Ky Son district. The material and spiritual life of the people still faces many difficulties.
