Immediately after its establishment, the Party committees at all levels in Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces focused on propaganda work and mobilizing the masses to participate in the revolutionary struggle movement. To do this work well, it was necessary to organize the printing and copying of documents to send to the grassroots. In the conditions of the Party organization operating secretly and in a difficult situation, two printing methods were mainly used: lithography and lithography.
The Party's printing staff had to rely on the people. The lithographic method was used frequently, because the materials were easy to buy, the printing plates were simple, and the efficiency was high.
* Materials used for lithography:
Jelly: dried seaweed fibers or powder.
Printing mold: tea tray, copper tray or teacup tray.
Thin paper.
Ink: purple or black.
The template is written in thick ink.
* Lithography method:
Put the jelly in a pot to cook, pour it into a flat mold to cool. Place the template on the jelly mold, on the jelly mold there will be a left letter. Then use thin paper to place on the jelly mold, gently smooth the paper. Take out the paper and we will have a print that matches the template.
When the purple ink on the printing mold has faded, put the jelly back in the pot and continue with the printing method above.
