Compared to other cars in the same segment, Suzuki Ertiga has a price advantage of only 599 million VND, along with a fuel-efficient engine.

Suzuki Ertiga appeared at the Vietnam Motor Show 2014 and was then sold at authorized dealers nationwide. As a newcomer in the 7-seat family car segment, Ertiga takes advantage of price and quality imported from India as its strengths.

Suzuki Ertiga has the same size as a B-class sedan but is arranged with 3 rows of seats for 7 people.

The car has a length, width, and height of 4,265 x 1,695 x 1,685 mm, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2,740 mm. This size is equivalent to sedan models such as Toyota Vios and Honda City. However, the height of the Suzuki Ertiga is much higher to create a spacious space, suitable for the 5 + 2 design. The ground clearance of 185 mm also makes it easier to move in different road conditions. Both the height and the outstanding ground clearance also create an airy first impression of the car.

The 4-speed automatic transmission supports low gears when moving on steep slopes or heavy loads. With an unladen weight of 1,190 kg, the car moves quite smoothly. Moving at a speed of 80 km/h, gently pressing the accelerator, a push makes the car jump. However, with a full load weight, enough for 7 people and some luggage, the car is a bit sluggish when operating. Acceleration is therefore limited.

With a 7-seat design but a 1.4-liter engine, supporting multi-point fuel injection, Suzuki Ertiga is also quite fuel-efficient. Filling the 45-liter fuel tank, driving a distance of nearly 200 km, the fuel needle on the dashboard only moved slightly from the full mark. Fuel consumption on mixed roads of Suzuki Ertiga is about 6.5 liters to 7 liters of gasoline / 100 km.
