Effects of coriander
Coriander is called "ngo rí" by the people of the South, scientific name is coriandrum sativum L., family apaceae. Coriander contains essential oil with the main ingredient being coriandrol, a little geraniol and l-bomeol.
According to Oriental medicine, coriander has a spicy taste and warm properties, and is effective in treating colds, stimulating digestion, treating bloating, promoting rapid measles growth, and beautifying the skin. Some medicinal recipes include coriander.
Cure flu without sweating: 30g coriander, 5 slices fresh ginger, 3 onions, boil and drink.
Indigestion, bloating: 30g coriander, decoct and drink daily. Or 1 handful of coriander, peeled.
8 - 10g tangerine. Boil and drink while the water is still warm.
Promote measles growth:
Mix 80g of dried coriander powder with 100ml of alcohol, filter out the residue, spray the alcohol from head to toe (except face) or wrap it in a cloth and rub it all over the body from top to bottom (except face), then wear a warm shirt to avoid drafts.
Cure tongue ulcers: 20g coriander leaves, 12 lemon basil leaves, soaked in salt water. Chew thoroughly and swallow slowly, very effective.
Skin care: Take the whole coriander plant (stem, branches, leaves, flowers, fruit, roots) and boil water to bathe.
Treatment of dysentery: Abdominal pain, urge to defecate but cannot or have a little bit of blood: roast a handful of coriander seeds until fragrant, crush, take about 8g each time. If dysentery has blood, drink with sugar water; if dysentery has phlegm, drink with ginger water. Twice a day.
