Here are some remedies from buckwheat:
* Bloating, diarrhea, acne, infection, vaginal discharge, night sweats in women... due to stomach and intestinal heat, treating dysentery: Use a sufficient amount of buckwheat, roast until golden brown and grind into powder, 10-15g each time, drink twice a day with warm boiled water.
* Cure body weakness, night sweats: Use 500g buckwheat flour, add brown sugar (cane sugar) then add enough water, knead into a cake, then bake and eat continuously for several days.
* Treat high blood pressure, retinal hemorrhage, purpura: Use 100g fresh buckwheat leaves, 4 lotus shoots, boil and drink during the day (buckwheat stems and leaves have the effect of stopping bleeding).
* Replace facial cleanser: Take enough buckwheat flour and add a little water to mix well until it becomes thick like porridge, then apply the thick powder evenly on the face and massage for a few minutes and wash your face. After only two months, the skin on your face will no longer peel, but instead will become smooth and velvety. If blackheads appear on the nose, add a little baking soda to "eliminate" them.
* Nourishing, cooling and detoxifying, use the dish "squid stuffed with buckwheat": Squid: 0.2 kg; buckwheat seeds 0.05 kg; straw mushrooms 0.05 kg; onions 0.05 kg. Seasoning: Salt, sugar, pepper and cheese.
Clean and marinate the squid with spices. Note that when processing, marinate with ginger and a little wine to remove the fishy smell and leave the squid whole. Clean the onions and straw mushrooms, then dice. Mix with the steamed buckwheat, let cool and season to taste.
Stuff all the above mixture into the squid; steam for about 5 minutes. Then, transfer the steamed squid into a pan of hot oil, let cool and arrange on a plate to eat.
