"At the initial stage, the State Bureau of Investigation has initiated an investigation... We are making our recommendations that in June all assets, money and real estate belonging to Mr. Poroshenko be confiscated," Portnov told the Newsone television channel. "There are no legal obstacles to this, except the Attorney General."
Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine, based on Mr. Portnov's complaint, initiated a number of criminal cases against Mr. Poroshenko. Former Ukrainian President Piotr Poroshenko said that he was not afraid of criminal cases.
