(Baonghean.vn) - On Thursday, January 15, the Taliban in Afghanistan condemned the cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed published in Charlie Hebdo. This force stated that the cartoons published by Charlie Hebdo on January 14 had "sensitively touched the hearts of nearly 1.5 billion Muslims".

On Thursday, the Taliban's official website posted a statement: "We condemn this heinous and inhuman act. At the same time, we consider the authors and instigators of this act as enemies of humanity."

It is known that recently, the Taliban force affirmed its “welcome” to the authors of the series of bloody attacks that occurred in France last week. The Taliban said that the attacks by terrorists “are acts of justice against the authors and their obscene acts”. In the above announcement, the Taliban also wrote: “We call on the world and especially the leaders of the countries concerned to stop this criminal act”.

Since two radical Islamic terrorists carried out a bloody attack on the satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo on January 7, many Muslim organizations have condemned the acts of these terrorists, saying it was “an insult” to Islam.

In contrast, Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) welcomed the attacks and paid tribute to the terrorists in a video released on Tuesday. In the video, AQAP threatened to carry out further attacks against France and demanded that the country review its policies in the Middle East.
