Detained subject for buying fireworks to explode on fishing boat

Quynh Luu District Police(Nghe An) is temporarily detaining Nguyen Van Dong (born 1991), residing in An Hoa commune, Quynh Luu district, to investigate the act of illegally transporting 11kg of firecrackers.

Previously, at around 7:00 p.m. on December 3, 2020, in An Hoa commune, Quynh Luu district, Traffic Police Team No. 2 (Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police), on patrol, discovered a young man driving a motorbike with suspicious signs. After conducting an administrative check, it was discovered that this person was carrying a sack containing 7 wheels behind the motorbike.mortar, weight 11kg.
The suspect was quickly identified as Nguyen Van Dong (born in 1991), residing in An Hoa commune, Quynh Luu district. The Traffic Police force drew up a record and handed over the suspect and evidence to Quynh Luu district police for investigation according to their authority.
