These websites include zuum.vn of AEG Joint Stock Company; thugian.com.vn of EBIZ Technology and Electronic Commerce Development Joint Stock Company; lamthenaoaz.vn owned by Mr. Hoang Ngoc Binh; the websites suckhoegioitinh.edu.vn, huongdan.edu.vn, suckhoedoisong.edu.vn, tuvantamly.edu.vn owned by Mr. Truong Trung Kien operating as an electronic information site and social network without being licensed by the competent authority, providing some content that is not in accordance with the provisions of law.
Along with the temporary suspension of the above 7 domain names, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications invited representatives of organizations and individuals who own the domain names to make a working record and carry out handling procedures according to regulations.
According to observations by Vietnam+ reporters on the evening of November 9, the 7 websites mentioned above were suspended as requested.
Recently, the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information issued decisions to punish the units that posted the article "If I have a son, I forbid him from loving a Hai Phong girl," however, on the evening of October 29, the website http//angiang.vnpt.vn of VNPT An Giang continued to post the above article.
Therefore, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications has issued Official Dispatch No. 930/TTra requesting the Department of Information and Communications of An Giang province to urgently inspect and strictly handle the posting of the above information.
In addition, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications also discovered that the electronic information page with the domain name cab.vn owned by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Bao (address 77 Tran Minh Quyen, Ward 10, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City) operated on social networks without a license, providing some content that was not in accordance with the provisions of the law. The Inspectorate has sent an official dispatch requesting the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City to consider and handle it according to its authority.
