Young man drowned while bathing in the river

(Baonghean.vn) -At around 6:00 p.m. on June 29, in Nghia Binh commune, Nghia Dan district, a tragic drowning incident occurred, causing the death of a young man.

According to the victim's friends, at 5:30 p.m. after returning from work, a group of four friends, including Chu Van Hoanh (16 years old), from Hamlet 17, Dien Truong Commune, Dien Chau District, went to a nearby river to look for clams. After finishing looking for clams, the group continued to bathe in the river together, but while they were bathing, everyone looked around and could not see Hoanh anywhere.

After a while of searching, the group of friends discovered Hoanh floating on the water near the shore. Immediately, the group of friends brought Hoanh to shore to perform CPR and treatment, but the victim had already died from drowning.

It is known that the victim has dropped out of school and is now working as a construction worker with his father. The cause of this tragic death may be that while bathing, Mr. Hoanh got a cramp and was drowned by the current.

At 10:20 p.m. the same day, the victim's body was taken back to his hometown for burial procedures. After the incident, local authorities visited and expressed condolences to his relatives.
