On August 4, Market Management Team No. 24 (Hanoi Market Management Department) coordinated with Hoai Duc District Police to discover and temporarily seize many beer bombs with signs of counterfeiting Hanoi and Viet Ha beer.

Specifically, the shipment includes 3 30-liter draft beer cans packed in Hanoi beer cans; 12 Hanoi beer cans, and 5 30-liter draft beer cans packed in Viet Ha beer cans.

The unit with signs of counterfeiting is Dai Viet Chau A Limited Liability Company, with a production facility in Cluster 7, Tram Troi Town, Hoai Duc District. At the time of inspection, the above unit was still operating normally.

However, the business representative did not admit to the counterfeiting act but said that due to lack of beer bottles and finished product, they bought Hanoi and Viet Ha beer bottles on the market.

They also said that Hanoi and Viet Ha beer have their own shrink film (beer keg lids), but when the unit packs its finished products into the above beer kegs, it is forced to use its own shrink film.

Currently, the authorities have temporarily detained the entire shipment, continuing to coordinate with Hoai Duc district police to clarify the matter, and at the same time taking samples to assess product quality.

The draft beer product brand of Dai Viet Chau A Company Limited is Starbeer Hanoi.

Mr. To Son Hong, Captain of Market Management Team No. 24, said: If the business's violation is clearly identified, the authorities will handle it strictly because this is a product related to consumers' health./.
