However, there are still some problems such as: the third child birth rate has decreased but not significantly, the issuance of health insurance cards to people is still erroneous; the number of doctors increased at the grassroots level still has many shortcomings...
Thereby, the Provincial People's Council's monitoring delegation requested the People's Committee and related sectors to continue to pay more attention to policies to support population and health care in ethnic minority areas.
Also at the meeting, Tan Ky district requested the monitoring delegation of the Provincial People's Council to recommend to the relevant agencies to have specific regulations on handling violations of giving birth to a third child or more; support, preserve, exploit and use folk remedies; implement preferential policies for organizations and individuals participating in investment activities to develop healthcare in ethnic minority areas....
