Giving warm clothes to 40 poor students in Quy Chau
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 12, members of the 1977 Council (Vinh City) donated funds to buy 40 warm coats and organized a gift giving ceremony for poor students of Pieng Diem village, Chau Phong Kindergarten, Quy Chau district.
Chau Phong is a remote commune, 25km from the center of Quy Chau district with 19 villages, mountainous terrain, and divided streams. Electricity is only available in 5/19 villages; the population is mainly ethnic minorities, poor households.

Chau Phong Kindergarten has 4 campuses in the commune. The school has 445 students from all villages, of which 285 are from poor households. The school's material conditions are lacking and the teachers' lives are difficult.
Currently, the school is looking forward to the attention and sharing of benefactors to bring students a warm winter and a happy New Year.
