Strengthening the direction of graduation exams and enrollment in 2012

To effectively carry out the graduation exam and enrollment in 2012 in the province, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns (collectively referred to as district level) to continue to effectively carry out the following contents:
1. Establish a District-level Examination Steering Committee to focus on directing the 2012 graduation exam and enrollment work in the area; Arrange funding and means for the District-level Examination Steering Committee to operate effectively.
2. Strengthen propaganda and education work to help people have a correct understanding of the purpose and requirements of exams so that everyone can participate in conducting exams safely and seriously.
3. Direct relevant departments and branches, based on their functions and tasks, to proactively coordinate with the Education and Training sector to implement measures to ensure conditions of human resources, budget, transportation, communications, power sources, etc. for the exams; In particular, ensure requirements for mobilizing security forces for exam sites, cars for transporting exam papers, etc.
4. By all means, focus on ensuring good facilities, ensuring order and safety for exams; have plans to overcome unusual incidents of natural disasters and epidemics occurring in the area during the exam period.
5. Do not organize district-level meetings or conferences that disperse local and sectoral forces during the exam period.
6. Organize regular inspections and supervision to promptly resolve difficulties and problems arising in the process of organizing exams and enrollment in districts, cities and towns.
