- Districts and cities with examination sites belonging to examination cluster No. 25 - chaired by Vinh University, need to proactively coordinate closely to ensure security and order in their areas, and prepare to ensure the necessary facilities for the examination; Directing relevant departments and agencies to create favorable conditions to assist students when they come to take the exam....

- To facilitate and assist disadvantaged candidates, children from families receiving government support, children from poor households, ethnic minorities, and those from remote areas, we propose that authorities at all levels mobilize organizations, individuals, businesses, and entrepreneurs in the area to provide maximum assistance and support to these students through various means: reducing or waiving travel fees, accommodation, and other living expenses, so that they can confidently participate in the exam.

Regarding admissions for 10th grade in high school:

- For areas where admissions are conducted through entrance exams, it is necessary to focus on directing relevant units to develop and implement plans for organizing and securing the exam; assign responsible officers to directly supervise each exam site to inspect, monitor, and promptly handle any unusual situations that may arise during the exam; ensure the safety of the exam and absolutely prevent any incidents that disrupt order in the exam area.

- In areas where admissions are conducted through selection based on academic records, relevant units should be directed to develop and implement selection plans in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Training, ensuring transparency, fairness, and adherence to regulations.

Complete the enrollment process for 10th grade in high schools for the 2015-2016 school year before July 31, 2015.

For the entrance exam to Phan Boi Chau Specialized High School:

The Department of Education and Training is requested to direct Phan Boi Chau Specialized High School to strictly implement the regulations on admission to specialized high schools and the Admission Plan for Grade 10 at Phan Boi Chau Specialized High School, academic year 2015-2016, which was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 754/QD.UBND.VX dated February 13, 2015, with continued focus on:

- Develop and widely publicize the preliminary selection criteria for the first round so that students are aware of them and can participate in the selection process; Establish a preliminary selection committee to carry out the process seriously and in accordance with regulations.

- Directing the design of entrance exam questions with high differentiation to select the right candidates; Implementing the invigilation, marking, and post-marking process safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.

For admission to 6th grade in junior high school:

The People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns shall direct the Departments of Education and Training to implement the plan for grade 6 enrollment through selection in accordance with regulations and the directives of the Ministry of Education and Training; the Departments of Education and Training shall develop a set of selection criteria (for reference by the units). They are not allowed to independently prescribe additional forms of testing or assessment for students who have completed the primary school program.
