Along with that, the Standing Committee and the Committees also gave opinions on a number of issues arising between the two sessions such as the plan to allocate government bonds to implement the 2015 new rural construction program; the plan to allocate revenue from transferring the province's capital contribution at Nghe An Sugarcane Company Limited; the policy on land recovery according to regulations to implement the N5 Road Resettlement Area project and the Tuan Loc Textile Complex project; the plan to develop cassava material areas for Hoa Son cassava starch processing factory, Anh Son district, period 2015 - 2020; the draft project to plan the system of key secondary schools in the province.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Ngoc Nguyen reflected on a number of issues that voters recommended and proposed.

Coordination activities between the Provincial People's Council and the National Assembly Delegation, the People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee have been strengthened in monitoring and urging the implementation of Resolutions issued by the Provincial People's Council; activities of receiving people, handling complaints and denunciations of citizens as well as urging and supervising the settlement of recommendations and reflections of the people.

Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Hong Duong clarified a number of contents raised by the Standing Committee and Committees of the Provincial People's Council at the conference under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee.

After listening to the practical situation through the monitoring and survey activities of the Committees; the reflections, thoughts and aspirations of the people, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son emphasized: The tasks in April of the Standing Committee and the Committees of the Provincial People's Council need to stick to the plan to be implemented with focus and key points, especially need to stick to the programs and main contents decided by the People's Council. There are solutions and measures to supervise and urge the People's Council delegates to perform the tasks of receiving people, handling complaints and denunciations of citizens at the constituencies; thereby promptly grasping the situation and having timely solutions, creating a good environment to promote socio-economic development and successful Party congresses at all levels.
