Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 8263/VPCP-VI dated October 3, 2013 of the Prime Minister on continuing to fight against smuggling, counterfeit goods, and trade fraud, the Provincial People's Committee requests: Members of the Provincial Steering Committee 127, Directors of departments, heads of sectors, branches, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to coordinate and direct functional forces (Industry and Trade, Police, Border Guard, Customs, Market Management, etc.) to strengthen the fight to effectively prevent smuggling and cross-border transportation of goods from now until Tet. Pay attention to key routes, areas, and key goods, consumed a lot at the end of the year such as: alcohol, beer, cigarettes, livestock, poultry, ready-made clothes; prohibited goods such as firecrackers, violent children's toys, etc.; Effectively prevent the illegal export of minerals, illegal import of gasoline... Strengthen inspection and control to clarify methods, tricks, violations, and operating rules of subjects.Illegal business, detecting and strictly handling violations, transferring to press agencies to publicly announce on mass media the results of inspections, handling of subjects, violations, typical cases...
Request members of the Provincial Steering Committee 127, directors of departments, heads of relevant units, chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to strictly implement the above contents, report the implementation results and arising issues to the Provincial People's Committee for timely handling. The Department of Industry and Trade directs the Provincial Market Management Department to summarize the situation and implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee and Steering Committee 127/TU according to regulations.
