Voters recommended that the Party, the State and the National Assembly should have a mechanism to strictly manage the activities of foreign enterprises and workers; pay attention to enforcing the law on polluting establishments and handle violations after inspection more seriously, contributing to strong education and deterrence; inadequacies in implementing policies for people participating in the resistance war and people with meritorious services to the revolution; social welfare policy....
