Grasping the unit's characteristics and local situation, in recent times, the Party Committee has-The Provincial Military Command has directed and led agencies and units to strictly maintain daily and weekly working regimes, training regimes, and combat readiness; promoted political education and actively propagated to raise awareness, responsibility, self-discipline and traffic safety for officers and soldiers. Thereby, contributing to strengthening the building of a disciplined and elite force.

Besides the achieved results, there is still a small number of officers and soldiers who do not strictly follow military discipline, have debts beyond their ability to pay, violate traffic safety and family planning policies...

At the conference, commanders of affiliated agencies and units discussed, analyzed causes and limitations and proposed measures to improve discipline and safety management in the army.
