Strengthening leadership and direction against smuggling of gasoline, oil and minerals

1- Continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the Party's policies, the State's laws, creating a strong change in the awareness and actions of Party committees at all levels, the government, the Fatherland Front, organizations, cadres, Party members, and people in the fight against smuggling and trade fraud. Focus on propagating and educating the law onAnti-smuggling and trade fraud against organizations and individuals involved in transporting and trading gasoline and oil; exploiting and trading minerals.

2- Focus on leadership and drastic direction in the fight against and prevention ofcombat smuggling, trade fraud, prevent and combat smuggling of gasoline, oil and minerals. Direct the functional branches: Industry and Trade, Police, Border Guard, Customs Department, Tax Department, Inspectorate to strengthen coordination in the implementation of the task of combating smuggling of gasoline and oil at sea and illegal transportation of minerals abroad for consumption. Strengthen inspection and strictly handle illegal mineral exploitation activities on Lam River, Hieu River, Quy Hop, Que Phong, Nghia Dan, Nam Dan, Hung Nguyen districts...

3- Review and supplement the coordination regulations between agencies,Units to improve the effectiveness of inspection, control and anti-smuggling work. Strengthen the role of the Provincial Steering Committee 389 and the activities of interdisciplinary teams against smuggling and trade fraud. Regularly organize peak periods to attack and eliminate smuggling lines and gangs of gasoline, oil and minerals, especially in key areas and traffic routes (National Highway 1A, National Highway 7, National Highway 46, National Highway 48, Ho Chi Minh Road, seaports, border gates, warehouses, and yards). Continue to improve the effectiveness of investigation work, promptly detect and strictly handle all violations. Well implement state management of gasoline, oil and minerals.

4- Strengthen inspection and supervision of Party committees,Party organizations, leaders of agencies and units, especially heads, are responsible for leading, directing and handling cadres and party members who violate the draft law in the work of combating smuggling of gasoline, oil and minerals. Cases of cadres and party members who are negative, assisting and covering up for violators must be handled promptly and strictly according to Party regulations and State laws.
