Strengthening the grasp of labor relations situation in enterprises

On the afternoon of October 24, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor held the second expanded Executive Committee meeting for the 2023-2028 term.

Attending the conference were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and members of the Executive Committee.Provincial Federation of Labor,Party delegation, members of the Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the agency's Trade Union, Head of the Provincial Labor Federation, and heads of affiliated units. Comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation chaired the conference.

The conference approved many important contents. In particular, delegates held a vote of confidence for the Standing Committee members of the Provincial Labor Federation and carried out the process of introducing personnel to join the Executive Committee of the 13th Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Also at the conference, delegates gave their opinions on the working regulations of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation for the 2023-2028 term. At the same time, they gave their opinions on the Draft Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 19th Nghe An Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term. The above contents aim to build a strong working class and Trade Union organizations at all levels, performing well their functions and tasks in the new situation, focusing on representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, and improving the quality of the trade union staff.

In addition, innovating propaganda and mobilization work, improving political capacity, educational level, professional skills, industrial style, labor discipline of union members and workers; maintaining close ties between the Party, the State and the working class and laborers; being the center of gathering and uniting workers and laborers, contributing to building Nghe An province to develop quickly and sustainably.

The Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation led the comprehensive implementation of goals, targets and tasks according to the Resolution and Political Report of the 19th Nghe An Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028, focusing on leading and directing the development, promulgation and implementation of 08 Plans and 03 Plans for implementing breakthroughs.
