(Baonghean.vn)-On the morning of August 14, Subcommittee 71/CP under the Provincial Steering Committee for the Implementation of the Labor Code held a meeting to evaluate the results of activities in the first 6 months of 2012 and deploy tasks from now until the end of 2012. Comrade Pham Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Subcommittee chaired the meeting.
Since the beginning of the year, members of Subcommittee 71/CP have made great efforts in advising, issuing documents on work programs, assigning tasks to members, and at the same time closely following the content of activities, strengthening inspection and supervision at the grassroots level; reminding and correcting the limitations and shortcomings of the grassroots level in implementing the QCDCCS. Many grassroots trade unions have coordinated with professionals to successfully hold conferences for civil servants and public employees. Through reports and actual inspections, 100% of units have established QCDC implementation committees, more than 90% of units have a set of agency regulations; 100% of units have People's Inspection Committees and have developed coordination regulations with professionals and the Trade Union Executive Committee. The grassroots Party Committee has effectively led the implementation of QCDCCS work, thereby, units have innovated working methods and styles, improved responsibility in work, contributing to the completion of professional tasks.
However, there are still some limitations that QCDC in some places has not been implemented regularly, many places are still formal and respectful, the people's inspection committee has not been active, leading to democracy not being effectively promoted. Based on the assignment of tasks to members, from now until the end of the year, the Subcommittee will direct the strengthening of inspection and supervision work by topic, inspect the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations and agency regulations. Thereby reminding, urging and correcting limitations, errors, and violations of democracy at the grassroots level, ensuring a healthy operating environment for agencies and units, promoting the democratic role, and contributing intellectual resources to build increasingly strong agencies.
