Strengthening coordination in implementing health insurance and unemployment insurance policies
On March 10, the Provincial Social Insurance, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Finance organized a summary of the implementation of the coordination regulations on implementing Unemployment Insurance and Health Insurance policies among the three sectors.
In 2010, the Provincial Social Insurance closely coordinated with the Department of Finance in preparing the budget estimate to support health insurance, advanced the provincial budget to transfer the support fund to the Unemployment Insurance Fund of 12.3 billion, contributing significantly to the completion of the 2010 unemployment insurance revenue estimate; coordinated with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to resolve unemployment insurance for nearly 1,500 people with a payment amount of over 3.5 billion; promptly issued health insurance cards to subjects whose health insurance premiums are guaranteed by the state budget such as people infected with toxic chemicals, meritorious people, social protection, veterans, the elderly, the poor, children under 6 years old and people in near-poor households.
In addition, coordination contents such as: exchanging and providing relevant documents in performing tasks; inspection, examination, and settlement of complaints and denunciations are also effectively implemented by the three parties.
