Strengthening the Party's leadership in the dissemination of legal education
On the afternoon of August 2, in Vinh City, the Provincial Council for Dissemination of Legal Education (PBGDPL) held a preliminary review of the dissemination of legal education in the first 6 months of the year and oriented tasks for the last 6 months of 2012. Over the past 6 months, the sectors and levels have coordinated effectively, so the work of legal dissemination in the province has changed quite well. Agencies and units have seriously implemented the monthly "Law Day", the standing agency of the Provincial People's Committee's advisory council issued a Plan to organize the Contest "Nghe An Youth with Traffic Safety" in response to the action plan of the Traffic Safety Year 2012; continued to implement the Project "Strengthening legal dissemination for cadres, ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in the province in the period 2010 - 2015"; organized well the training courses on the Law on Complaints and the Law on Denunciation. Districts that creatively implemented legal dissemination in the area include Thai Hoa, Yen Thanh, Que Phong, Hung Nguyen, Quy Chau, etc.
From now until the end of the year, legal dissemination activities need to perform well 10 tasks and 5 measures, focusing on implementing Plan No. 18 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Conclusion 04 dated April 19, 2011 of the Central Secretariat (11th tenure) on strengthening the Party's leadership in legal dissemination work, raising awareness of law observance of officials and people in the province; continuing to propagate legal dissemination work, disseminating new legal documents passed by the National Assembly and local legal documents.
On this occasion, the Council heard a brief introduction of the Law on Public Security which has been in effect since the beginning of 2013.
