At the meeting, Colonel Tran Hai Binh - Commander of Nghe An Border Guard reported to the Commander and the working delegation on the outstanding achievements that Nghe An Border Guard has achieved in the past time, in which the most prominent are the work of firmly protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security, and sea areas; effectively fighting against all types of crimes, especially drug crimes, building units, maintaining discipline, strictly abiding by the law, ensuring traffic safety, and actively participating in economic, cultural and social development in the locality.

The Border Guard Commander praised the achievements that Nghe An Border Guard has made in recent times, and noted that in the coming time, Nghe An Border Guard Command needs to strengthen patrolling, controlling, protecting sovereignty and security of the border and sea areas, and effectively combating and preventing all types of crimes, especially drug crimes.

At the same time, strengthen solidarity with local authorities at all levels, forces and provinces sharing borders with Laos.
