(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 22, the Department of Justice held a conference to deploy judicial work in 2015. Attending the conference was comrade Hoang Viet Duong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In 2014, the judicial work was implemented comprehensively, with key focus, achieving many results in all areas such as: The work of building, appraising, and reviewing legal documents was carried out methodically, systematically and gradually in depth. The quality of building legal documents was increasingly improved and was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee and Provincial People's Council; the implementation of a number of new tasks such as Controlling administrative procedures and handling administrative violations achieved many results.

The work of disseminating and educating the law with the implementation of the Central and Provincial projects on disseminating and educating the law has gradually created a positive effect on people's lives. The state management of judicial support has been strengthened, the pilot system of Bailiffs in Nghe An has been well implemented, the quality of judicial administration has been increasingly improved, meeting the needs of the people in issuing judicial records, household registration with foreign elements, etc.

In addition to the achieved results, the conference pointed out shortcomings and inadequacies, including the slow progress in developing and promulgating legal documents compared to the set plan, the proportion of documents outside the program is still high; there is still a situation where legal documents are issued but do not follow the prescribed process, have not been appraised according to the correct order and procedures; the dissemination and education of law is still formal, movement, and not very effective; state management in some areas such as household registration and authentication is still slow to innovate...

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Hoang Viet Duong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Judicial sector, and requested that in the coming time, the sector should focus on implementing the following tasks: Continue to promote the propaganda and dissemination of the Constitution, successfully organize the writing contest "Learning about the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam"; Promote the work of legal dissemination and education to raise people's awareness and sense of law observance. Strengthen legal aid work, especially mobile legal aid at hot spots and crowded places of complaints. Improve the quality of the work of drafting, appraising and inspecting legal documents. Focus on creating conditions to effectively implement state management in the field of administrative sanctions, civil status work, judicial assistance work, judicial appraisal, etc.
