As of April 30, 2015, the total capital of the provincial policy bank reached 6,360 billion VND; Total outstanding debt reached 6,266 billion VND, an increase of 45 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year, a growth rate of 0.72%. Some programs have strong growth such as near-poor households, poor households, students, clean water and rural environmental sanitation. The bad debt ratio is 0.38%, an increase of 0.03% compared to the end of 2014. Currently, there are 2 credit programs for students and labor export with surplus capital of about 150 billion VND.

Faced with the existing problems in the appraisal, lending and debt collection processes of the policy bank, in order to improve the quality of operations in the second quarter, at the working session, comrade Le Xuan Dai requested that in the coming time, members of the Board of Directors need to take drastic actions to strengthen capital management, direct grassroots units to perform well in disbursement work. In particular, actively urge the collection of due debts, handle bad debts, and ensure sustainable credit growth.
The entrusted organizations need to regularly coordinate closely with the policy bank to grasp the operational situation of the savings and loan groups, strive to promptly disburse the central government's allocated capital for the loan program for near-poor households, clean water and environmental sanitation, and flood shelter construction with a total capital of 109 billion VND.
