At Vietcombank this morning, the buying and selling price of USD reached 22,460/22,540 VND, an increase of 20 VND compared to last Friday's trading session. Meanwhile, Vietinbank is buying and selling USD at 22,460/22,545 VND, an increase of 15 VND in the selling price compared to the end of last week.

Similarly, the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (BIDV) also increased the exchange rate by 20 dong in both buying and selling directions this morning. The listed USD price at this bank is currently 22,470/22,540 dong/USD.

For joint-stock commercial banks like Eximbank, the buying price of USD increased slightly by 15 VND/USD to 22,450 VND/USD, while the selling price remained unchanged at 22,545 VND/USD. Sacombank also increased the buying price by 30 VND and the selling price by 10 VND compared to the end of last week, listing the USD exchange rate at 22,440/22,540 VND/USD. Techcombank increased the buying price by 20 VND to 22,420 VND/USD, while slightly increasing the selling price by 2 VND to 22,547 VND/USD.

Notably, Agribank sharply increased the buying price by 100 dong and the selling price by 120 dong. Currently, the buying and selling price of USD at Agribank is 22,410/22,540 dong/USD.

As seen this morning, the lowest buying price at banks is 22,410 VND/USD, and the highest buying price is 22,470 VND/USD. Meanwhile, the lowest selling price is 22,540 VND/USD and the highest selling price is 22,547 VND/USD.

On the free market, the USD price remained high this morning, with buying and selling rates at 22,600 - 22,700 VND/USD. Meanwhile, the average exchange rate for USD/VND on the interbank foreign exchange market, as applied by the State Bank of Vietnam's Exchange Transaction Department for August 24th, continues to be 21,890 VND/USD.
