Giving gifts to 200 households affected by storms and floods in Cua Lo, Nghi Loc

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of September 20, Ms. To Thi Bich Chau - Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee and the working delegation visited, presented gifts and encouraged 200 households affected by storm No. 10 in Cua Lo Town and Nghi Loc District.

The 200 households mentioned above are located in 4 localities including: Nghi Hai and Nghi Hoa wards (Cua Lo town) and Nghi Xuan and Phuc Tho communes (Nghi Loc district); each gift is worth 1 million VND.

The delegation also presented Nghi Hai Primary School (Cua Lo Town) with 5 million VND. This school had its roof completely blown off in the recent storm No. 10.

These meaningful and timely gifts to encourage people in the flood-hit areas were taken from the 1.5 billion VND fund donated by the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee to support households and units affected by the recent storm No. 10 in Nghe An province during this period.
