It is known that the captain of the SBC Bien Hoa Crime Prevention Club is Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, who auctioned 2 paintings and called for support from benefactors to raise money to help treat Luong Van Thao in Quy Chau who had a broken vertebrae, with a total amount of over 136 million VND.
