Giving gifts to policy families in Quynh Doi commune

(Baonghean.vn) - Towards the 67th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2013), on the morning of July 22, the Youth Union of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district visited and presented gifts to 2 policy families in Quynh Doi commune.

With the traditional morality of “When drinking water, remember its source”, the Youth Union of the District People’s Committee visited and presented gifts to two families of policy beneficiaries, Mr. Nguyen Huu Bang – 70 years old in village 3, Quynh Doi commune, a 2/3 disabled soldier and Mr. Phan Huu Quang – 63 years old in village 2, Quynh Doi commune, a 3/4 disabled soldier and 2/3 disabled soldier. At the families visited, the Union kindly asked about their health, shared their sacrifices and contributions of their youth in the cause of national liberation. At the same time, encouraged the families to live happily with their children and grandchildren to try to overcome all illnesses.

On this occasion, the delegation presented two families with policy benefits, each gift including a gift and 500,000 VND in cash. This fund was drawn from the support and contributions of the youth union members in the agency.
