Identifying entrepreneurs and enterprises as the important "nucleus" in the socio-economic development of the province, the project's goal is to build a strong team of entrepreneurs in both quantity and quality; adapting to deep integration into the regional and world economy.

Accordingly, from 2016 to 2020, the project will continue to expand the subjects, build programs and topics suitable to the needs of businesses. In addition to state support, most importantly, business "commanders" must be self-aware of "increasing resistance" for their businesses, and have enough competitive capacity. That is to innovate thinking in production and business management, thereby having solutions to improve management and governance capacity, constantly innovate, strengthen connections, keep up with integration trends, and bring businesses to sustainable development.
