Head of the Central Inspection Commission: Do not allow 'dark areas' in inspection and supervision work
Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc requested that in inspection and supervision work, it is necessary to strongly change the state from passive to proactive, grasping the situation, preventing and warning of violations early and from afar.
On July 14, the Central Inspection Commission coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to organize professional training on inspection and supervision work in 2025.
The conference was connected to more than 3,400 points in provinces, cities, communes, wards and special zones nationwide.
Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc said that the conference is of special importance in the context that from now until March 2026, many important tasks will be implemented that require inspection and supervision by Inspection Commissions at all levels.

Typical examples include the organization of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term; the directions and conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat and more than 47 tasks for localities, along with 270 tasks to implement Resolution No. 57 and 36 tasks according to Plan No. 02 on promoting interconnected, synchronous, fast and effective digital transformation to meet the requirements of restructuring the apparatus of the political system...
The Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission emphasized that the workload is very large, requiring very quick and complete access and timely implementation.
The Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission requested the entire Inspection sector to focus on doing well with the spirit of "determination, urgency; synchronization, comprehensiveness, excellence; substance, efficiency; clear responsibility".
In particular, continue to actively and proactively research, quickly grasp fully, comprehensively, consistently and promptly the conclusions and directives of the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, especially the four pillars, including: Resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution 59 on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 66 on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era; Resolution No. 68 on private economic development...
The inspection team must be "models of models"
The Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission requested that in inspection and supervision work, there must be a strong shift from a passive state to a proactive one, grasping the situation, preventing and warning of violations early and from afar, not allowing "gaps" or "dark areas".
Along with that, we focus on building a team of inspectors who must be "exemplary of exemplary", have courage, integrity, expertise, understand the law, effectively use digital technology and have the capacity to perform tasks in the new situation.
At the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure that resolutions and conclusions of Party committees at all levels, especially important resolutions recently issued by the Central Committee, are seriously and effectively implemented. Along with that, strengthen regular supervision of the operation of local governments at two levels, especially the new commune level.
The Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission also requested to focus on performing well the inspection and supervision work to serve the organization of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Promote the application of technology, comprehensive digital transformation, throughout the industry, from the central to local levels, specifically Decision No. 204 with the focus on data must ensure "correct, sufficient, clean, alive", need to ensure the required digitalization targets from now until the end of 2025; ensure information security.
