Possession of crystal meth

(Baonghean) -At 0:00 on November 10, the mobile patrol team of PC65 Department of Nghe An Police discovered and arrested a subject possessing crystal meth.

While on duty on Tran Hung Dao Street, Vinh City, the patrol team discovered Tran Nhat Tan (19 years old), residing in Block 4, Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City, driving a motorbike with license plate 37N3 - 8202 without a helmet, showing many suspicious signs. Checking Tan's pants pocket, they found 3 plastic bags containing crystal meth.
