(Baonghean.vn)On January 5, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) announced: The station's crime prevention team has just discovered and arrested Cao Xuan Thang (55 years old, residing in Phuc Thanh hamlet, Tien Thuy commune, Quynh Luu district) for illegally storing fireworks.
The seized items were 50 firecrackers and 1 cake of firecrackers weighing 2.2 kg. The unit fined the subject 5 million VND and confiscated the items.
