Storage and use of explosives

(Baonghean.vn) - At 1:00 p.m. on June 8, in the Giang River area, Lang Yen village (Mon Son commune, Con Cuong), the Mon Son Border Guard Station's working group arrested two subjects: Nguyen Van Son (born in 1985, residing in hamlet 5, Hoi Son commune, Anh Son) and Lo Van Hiem (born in 1970, residing in Lang Yen village, Mon Son commune) for using explosives to catch fish on the river.

The seized evidence included a 10cm long stick of explosives, a detonator, and a piece of slow-burning wire. The station administratively fined the two subjects 5,500,000 VND to the budget and confiscated the violated evidence.
