Create conditions for entrepreneurs in market development and finding partners

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 26, under the chairmanship of comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen and give opinions on a number of important contents.

At the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee and delegates unanimously approved the content: Decision to replace Decision No. 47/2011 of the Provincial People's Committee on allowing businessmen in Nghe An province to use ABTC cards (APEC) reported by the Department of Foreign Affairs. After nearly 02 years of implementing Decision 47/20011, up to now, the Provincial People's Committee has sent a document to the Immigration Department - Ministry of Public Security requesting permission for 17 businessmen in the province to use ABTC cards. In addition to the results achieved, demonstrating the strictness in accordance with the provisions of the law, which has had a positive effect on companies and enterprises that have a foundation and a long history of cooperation with partners of APEC member countries, the process of reviewing ABTC card application dossiers of units still has some shortcomings due to the prescribed dossier components. In the spirit of creating favorable conditions for businesses in developing the market, seeking investment cooperation partners to contribute to making the province's economy increasingly rich and developed, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has decided to assign the Department of Foreign Affairs to preside with the Provincial Police and other sectors, consult with businesses to review and streamline procedures for issuing APEC cards, and advise the Provincial People's Committee to make decisions.

Concluding this content, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the revised content reported by the Department of Foreign Affairs met three requirements: reducing administrative procedures, not contrary to other regulations, and meeting the requirements of businessmen. He assigned the Department of Foreign Affairs to complete the content, the Department of Justice to appraise and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation.

Also at the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee and delegates highly agreed on the content of the Project to establish the Truong Bon Historical Relic Management Board as a public service unit with revenue, directly under the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approved the project, assigned the Provincial Youth Union to receive comments from delegates, supplement and complete the content, submit to the Department of Home Affairs for appraisal and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for decision.
